Miki Lie started her early career in Singapore in a market research MNC before moving on to a Japanese advertising firm. Upon coming back to Malaysia, she decided to join the culinary industry. The journey started as a 2-year Culinary student, then went on as a kitchen trainee in one of the established restaurant groups in Malaysia, staged at the award winning Nahm Restaurant in Thailand.
